Yes, this is definitely getting bumped to the top of my list now. I remember wanting to watch it when it was coming out, but then before I could get to it, it was already canceled, and I guess I lost interest because I was worried it would be cut off without a good resolution to the story. I'm seeing two "parts" with eight episodes each, so it looks like they were able to tell a good amount of story in a planned way, even if they would have wanted it to continue further. Not uncommon for weird shows (my favorite kind) to get canceled.
Someone else I interviewed on my channel did a long in-depth analysis on Twin Peaks, I think you will like it:

Great list. There's a few here I need to see. Would love for you to watch The OA on Netflix and hear your thoughts!

Yeah I'll personally never forgive Netflix for canceling it. That said, even though it is incomplete, I still can't recommend it enough.
Okay, now I'm all caught up, and I can verify that this show (particularly season 2) is about as dreampunk as it gets. Loved it!
I would add The Prisoner (1967), Happyish (2015), Wonderfalls (2004), and Carnivale (2003).
Thanks, I'll have to check these out!
